JSZ2698 Smart Hearing Audio Module Enters Shipping

Juchip Semiconductor announced that the JSZ2698 smart hearing audio module began shipping in its Preliminary batch in October 2026. Integrating an acoustic sensing element, pre-amplifier / bias stage and a 24-bit DSP in one device, it closes the full chain from pickup and pre-amp to digital audio processing and differential receiver drive - only a battery, receiver and buttons are needed externally.

JSZ2698 supports up to 8-channel WDRC, adaptive noise reduction and adaptive feedback cancellation, with a zero-bias class-D differential receiver drive. Total supply current is about 0.9 mA from a single 1.0-1.5 V zinc-air cell. Targets include OTC hearing aids, classic BTE / RIE / CIC instruments, PSAP earbuds, independent assistive channels in TWS earbuds and in-ear masking devices. This is a Preliminary release; parameters are subject to sample verification.
